Corporate Solicitor – 4-8 PQE
£80,000 - £120,000 Guildford
A Top 50 firm, recognised as Top Tier in the Legal 500 directory, is looking to appoint a talented Senior Associate to join its Corporate team in Guildford.
The Role: As a member of the Corporate team, you will advise clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate law matters. The client base ranges from start-ups and high-growth businesses through to established companies, including international organisations and venture capital-backed businesses. You will work across a diverse range of sectors and gain exposure to high-quality, varied work.
Key Duties:
- Manage a busy caseload of corporate matters, working closely with partners, peers, and junior lawyers across a full range of transactions.
- Advise on high-value and complex matters, including M&A transactions, venture capital investments, and general corporate advisory work.
- Play an active role in business development initiatives, including client pitches, networking events, and relationship management.

Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE.
- Strong corporate law experience gained within a reputable practice.
- Experience advising on M&A transactions and venture capital matters.
