A highly regarded London law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its growing and successful Corporate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious corporate solicitor looking to take on high-quality work, develop long-term client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of this established and successful law firm.
As a corporate solicitor your role will involve:
- Advising a diverse client base of SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and entrepreneurs across a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, company law matters, and wider strategic business transactions.

The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 4+ years' PQE in corporate law
- Strong experience handling corporate transactions from instruction through to completion
- A commercial, pragmatic approach and excellent technical skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience developing business through networking and referral opportunities
- The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the firm
