Corporate Associate | 3-5 PQE

Role | Corporate Associate

Company | Partner-Led Elite Boutique

Level | 3-5 Years PQE

Based | London (Hybrid Working)

Offer | £120,000 - £150,000 DOE + Bonus

We are working with a highly regarded partner-led elite boutique law firm in the City, founded by lawyers from leading City, international and US firms. The firm advises sophisticated clients across corporate, commercial, disputes, regulatory and tax matters and offers a genuinely lean, collaborative environment with close partner involvement.

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a 3-5 PQE Corporate Associate with broad corporate experience. This is not a role for someone narrowly focused on one transactional area. Experience across M&A, severance, joint ventures, investments, development projects and general corporate advisory is sought, alongside experience in commercial matters or a genuine willingness to develop in this area.

The role

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
