A well-regarded law firm based in the West End of London is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the partner on a wide range of corporate matters, gaining valuable exposure to clients across various sectors, from start-ups to established businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, business sales, and restructures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements such as NDAs, supplier contracts, and terms of business.
- Advise on corporate governance matters, shareholder agreements, and partnership arrangements.
- Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and high-value matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical advice on compliance and regulatory issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, commercially focused communication.

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with previous experience in corporate and/or commercial law.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Commercially aware with a genuine interest in supporting business clients.
- Proficient in legal technology and standard office software.
