The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a Legal 500 law firm offering specialist services to an enviable client base, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, business sales, joint ventures, equity capital markets, and corporate reorganisations. This role involves supporting mergers and acquisitions, leading acquisitions and disposals of business and assets, preparing and finalising disclosing letters and supporting bundles, and drafting the terms of transaction ancillary documents. In addition to this, the successful candidate will be eager to assist with the business development of the firm.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 2 : 5 years PQE, who can demonstrate strong technical expertise, the ability to independently manage a commercial caseload, excellent client service skills, and a willingness to learn. A flexible approach to the role, coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills, is also essential.
