Corporate Solicitor Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500-ranked national law firm in its Leeds office.
This role is ideal for an experienced corporate lawyer with 3-6 years' PQE seeking to develop their career within a respected and growing team. The firm has a strong national corporate practice, regularly acting on high-quality M&A and corporate transactions for a broad range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside experienced corporate partners and senior lawyers, you'll handle a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, investments, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work.
- This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality transactions, develop strong client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the Leeds corporate practice.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years' PQE and strong corporate experience.
- Solid experience across M&A, acquisitions, disposals, investments, and general corporate advisory work.
- Confident managing transactions from inception through to completion, with good attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Experience working with a broad range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, larger corporates, and/or private equity-backed businesses.
- Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Commercial, dynamic, and collaborative approach, with an interest in business development and contributing to the growth of the team.
