Corporate Partner

London

Join a Genuinely Independent, Fast-Growing UK Firm

Some firms talk about growth. This one is actually delivering it. We're working confidentially with a leading independent UK law firm on a search for an aspiring or established Corporate Partner to join its rapidly expanding London Corporate & M&A team. A team that has added four new partners in the last 14 months alone, and completed over 100 Corporate & M&A transactions in 2025 with a combined deal value of approximately £3.5 billion+. Spanning financial services, technology, healthcare and real estate this team is utilising it's corporate engine and there's no sign of slowing down.

This isn't a firm managing decline or filling a gap. It's a firm actively investing. Profit per equity partner up over 30% headcount up 30% since 2021, and a record number of partner and director promotions this year alone across Corporate, Projects, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution and beyond.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why this platform stands out:

  • Genuine momentum: One of the fastest-growing independent Corporate & M&A practices in the UK market right now, not a firm playing catch-up.
  • Real international reach without the US-firm baggage: An established preferred-firm network spanning 300 firms across 70 jurisdictions, giving you cross-border capability without sacrificing independence.
  • A track record that speaks for itself: Recent lateral hires have come from major UK & US platforms, drawn by a genuinely entrepreneurial, non-bureaucratic culture.
  • Sector strength that's actually differentiated: A fast-growing reputation in tech and tech-enabled businesses, alongside deep expertise across financial services, energy, and real estate.
  • Full equity partnership: With a transparent, merit-based path. Not a fixed-share ceiling.
