Corporate Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Leeds - Take the Next Step in Your Corporate Career with a Leading National Practice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join the established Corporate team of a leading and award-winning national law firm in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented corporate lawyer looking to develop their career within a highly regarded practice. You'll work alongside experienced lawyers advising an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will work as part of an established Corporate team advising clients across a variety of sectors and on a broad range of corporate transactions, including:
- Private equity transactions.
- Joint ventures and strategic investments.
- Corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
- Business sales and acquisitions.
- General corporate advisory matters.
- Working alongside senior colleagues on more complex and high-value transactions.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Corporate Law.
- Experience gained within a recognised national or regional law firm.
- Exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions.
- Strong commercial awareness and sound technical ability.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- A proactive and ambitious approach to career development.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
