Corporate Solicitor (Senior role)
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Cheshire
SALARY: To circa GBP 90,000 (DOE)
The Role
An award-winning law firm based in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Solicitor to play an operational, strategic leadership role in driving the success of the firm's corporate legal services. The successful candidate will lead, support, and oversee a team of Solicitors, supervise case work, and monitor the development and delivery of legal services to corporate clients. Furthermore, this role involves delivering legal advice across a range of matters including M&A's, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructures, and commercial contracts as well as contributing to the strategic planning and growth of the corporate department.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years PQE in corporate law, coupled with evidence of leadership experience. In addition to this, they must demonstrate success in managing complex corporate legal work, exhibit strong commercial acumen, have experience in business development and client acquisition, and display a track record of working in high-performance, client-focused environments.
