We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist professional services firm looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) to join their growing legal team. Applications from NQ's will be considered.

You'll work on complex international corporate projects for multinational organisations, advising on cross-border restructures, commercial agreements, governance matters and strategic corporate initiatives. Full training will be provided in a highly specialised area, giving you the opportunity to develop expertise that is genuinely unique within the legal market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
  • Advising on corporate structures and international reorganisations
  • Preparing board minutes, shareholder resolutions and governance documentation
  • Supporting M&A transactions and legal due diligence
  • Managing legal workstreams across multiple stakeholders
  • Supervising paralegals and supporting project delivery
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and advisers

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
  • 2-5 years PQE. NQ's with a Corporate seat will be considered
  • Experienced within Corporate, Commercial or Transactional law
  • Confident drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Strong knowledge of company law and corporate governance
  • Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Exposure to M&A, group restructures or multinational organisations would be advantageous but isn't essential.
