We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist professional services firm looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) to join their growing legal team. Applications from NQ's will be considered.
You'll work on complex international corporate projects for multinational organisations, advising on cross-border restructures, commercial agreements, governance matters and strategic corporate initiatives. Full training will be provided in a highly specialised area, giving you the opportunity to develop expertise that is genuinely unique within the legal market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- Advising on corporate structures and international reorganisations
- Preparing board minutes, shareholder resolutions and governance documentation
- Supporting M&A transactions and legal due diligence
- Managing legal workstreams across multiple stakeholders
- Supervising paralegals and supporting project delivery
- Building trusted relationships with clients and advisers

About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- 2-5 years PQE. NQ's with a Corporate seat will be considered
- Experienced within Corporate, Commercial or Transactional law
- Confident drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong knowledge of company law and corporate governance
- Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Exposure to M&A, group restructures or multinational organisations would be advantageous but isn't essential.
