Corporate Solicitor Opportunity

A recognised, top Legal 500 law firm based in Central London is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE and proven leadership skills to join its growing team.

Skills and Experience for this Corporate Solicitor Role

  • Transaction Management: Lead complex corporate transactions independently from initial instruction and due diligence through to drafting, negotiation, and completion.
  • Corporate Expertise: Deliver technical advice across a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, and general company law advisory.
  • Real Estate Sector Focus: Apply corporate expertise to property-driven transactions, advising on corporate vehicles, joint ventures, and restructurings within the real estate market.
  • Business Development: Actively generate new business by participating in networking events, pitching to prospective clients, and identifying cross-referral opportunities across the firm's broader practice areas.
  • Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring proactive, commercially driven project updates.
  • Team Leadership (Desirable): Supervise daily workflows, mentor junior solicitors and trainees, and conduct quality reviews of their legal drafting.
