An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join a well-established corporate team in Manchester. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality transactional work, acting for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, investors, entrepreneurs, and larger corporate clients across multiple sectors.
The Role
You will advise on a variety of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Management Buyouts and Buyins
- Private Equity Transactions
- Joint Ventures
- Shareholder Agreements
- Corporate Restructuring
- General Corporate Advisory Work

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Corporate Law
- Experience handling M&A and general corporate transactions
- Strong technical and commercial awareness
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress your career
