Corporate Solicitor / Partner — London or Brighton

A growing and entrepreneurial law firm is looking to strengthen its Corporate team with an experienced Corporate Solicitor or Partner.
This is an opportunity for an established practitioner who wants greater responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of a growing Corporate practice.
The role
- You will advise clients across a broad range of corporate and company matters
- Playing an active role in developing client relationships and generating new business
The opportunity includes:
- Advising on a broad range of corporate transactions
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Building your own client following
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider commercial teams
- Contributing to the strategic development of the Corporate practice
- Playing an active role in business development and networking
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team

About you
The firm is interested in speaking with:
- Experienced Corporate Solicitors
- Senior Associates
- Existing Corporate Partners
- Lawyers with an established client following or strong business-development potential
You will have strong technical expertise, excellent commercial judgement and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
