About the role

You will be responsible for the 2nd level support of our Corporate systems and workflows for both Online or Offline processes. Your focus will be on supporting CT but you’ll work with other Support Analysts supporting FCM to share knowledge and expertise on shared systems. You must be able to troubleshoot, have strong communication skills and a good knowledge of Corporate operations space including significant experience of front end applications like Amadeus. You will be the subject matter expert within your field and coordinate with global teams. This role will require the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels in the company, including leading the support effort across multiple products and systems as well as with other members of the broader global support group.

Please note that this is a fixed term contract.

  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to customers and staff in all areas and at all levels of the company.
  • Naturally perceptive and a good judge of character with a good understanding of requirements and learning style
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Contribute to and understand the business plan. Understand business decisions and seek solutions to challenges as they arise.
  • Knowledge of a variety of methods and solutions to actively help and support users as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Attention to detail essential for triage, troubleshooting and testing, easily being able to spot things and correct or liaise with the developers to fix
  • Understand the needs of the business and tailor advise/training to achieve business goals in an effective and productive manner.
  • Motivated and focused to achieve individual, team and company goals
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Adaptable due to working with the Business changing priorities
  • Ad-hoc duties may be required which require flexibility with working hours and place of work due to Company growth plans

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months experience at Flight Centre or 2 years Business Travel external experience - Essential
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the GDS and processes - Essential
  • Experience in a commercial or business environment - Essential
  • Online Booking Tool knowledge - Highly Preferred
  • Proven success in previous roles
