The Role
You will join a leading corporate tax practice, advising on a wide spectrum of tax matters, with a particular focus on transactional and advisory work. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in corporate and commercial teams on complex mandates, including M&A, reorganisations, share incentives, and venture capital transactions. You will be given significant autonomy, client exposure, and opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives.

What They’re Looking For
- Solid experience in corporate tax and related matters, ideally 5PQE+.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex advisory work.
- A pragmatic, business-focused approach to delivering advice.
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop client relationships.
