A highly successful US multinational group with operations across the UK, Europe and APAC regions are hiring a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their London based team.
Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing tax function, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of corporate tax matters while partnering with finance and commercial teams across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tax professional looking to develop their career within an exciting multinational environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Playing a key role in the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance.
- Supporting tax reporting requirements under both UK GAAP and US GAAP.
- Contributing to international tax projects across Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
- Assisting with transfer pricing documentation and related advisory work.
- Helping the business navigate new tax legislation, including OECD and Pillar Two developments.
- Supporting acquisitions, restructures and the integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencies through technology and automation.
- Preparing technical research and providing practical guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Delivering tax awareness training to finance and operational teams where required.

- Qualified Accountant or Tax Professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT)
- Technically strong with UK corporate tax knowledge.
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders across different areas of the business.
- Organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities.
- A confident team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality work and continually improving processes.
