This very well-known firm prides themselves on delivering exceptional audit, accounting, and advisory services to a broad and growing client base. With a collaborative culture, strong focus on development, and a passion for excellence, they are looking for an Audit Assistant Manager who's ready to grow and excel within the company.

Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will do the following:

  • Manage and deliver audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Supervise junior team members, provide clear delegation, and offer mentorship and feedback
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle client communications with confidence
  • Assist with billing, WIP, and cash collection to meet internal targets
  • Ensure compliance with practice management and quality control processes
  • Support recruitment and HR initiatives across the audit department

Requirements:

As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will need to have obtained:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification with 1.5-2.5 years post-qualification experience
  • 12-18 months in a similar Assistant Manager role
  • Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and experience in group consolidations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration
