An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Tax practice of a leading international law firm in London.

Working as part of a highly regarded tax team, you'll advise multinational corporates, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and investment funds on the tax aspects of complex transactions. The role offers exposure to M&A, private equity, financing, restructuring, and investment fund matters, with the opportunity to work alongside leading corporate and finance teams on high-value domestic and cross-border mandates.

Requirements

  • 3 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US, or international law firm.
  • Experience advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, financing, restructuring, or investment funds matters.
  • Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with clients and alongside multidisciplinary transactional teams.
  • England & Wales qualified, or equivalent qualification with relevant UK corporate tax experience.
