Corporate Tax Associate Director
Your new company
An ambitious and growing professional services firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Associate Director to join its expanding tax team. Working with a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services while helping drive the continued growth of the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager looking to step into an Associate Director position, or an existing Associate Director seeking a broader role with greater autonomy, client exposure, and progression opportunities.
Your new role
As a senior member of the tax team, you will be responsible for managing a substantial corporate tax portfolio, providing strategic advice to a range of clients, and developing long-term trusted adviser relationships.
You will work closely with Partners and fellow Directors, leading client engagements, identifying opportunities for further services, and supporting wider business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
- Providing technical advisory support on complex tax matters
- Building trusted relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Leading and developing members of the tax team
- Supporting new business generation and client growth initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues across service lines to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Contributing to the strategic development of the tax offering
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA and/or CTA qualified
- Strong corporate tax technical expertise
- Experience managing complex client relationships
- Proven ability to develop business and identify growth opportunities
- Previous responsibility for managing and developing teams
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
