About the role: Our Corporate Tax Compliance team is a collaborative, tech-enabled group delivering high-quality compliance services across the UK. As a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager, you’ll shape outcomes for a varied client portfolio, particularly where experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or Pillar 2 is essential. Based across many of our UK offices, you’ll work flexibly with limited travel. We’re looking for someone proactive, analytical and confident managing relationships. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, developing technical expertise, and working in a supportive, growth-focused team. What your days will look like: You will work alongside other tax specialists managing a range of activities for your clients, including: Up-front scoping and engagement planning and liaising with the Data Management team on the approach to data collection for your clients Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact for all corporate tax compliance matters Review and submission of tax accounting schedules and review and submission of corporation tax returns Working across a wide range of clients and technical areas, with opportunities to specialise in areas such as tax accounting, real estate, financial services, private equity, large corporates, private business or Pillar 2 This role is for you if: You have strong UK corporate tax skills and sound accounting knowledge, including accounting principles and the ability to interpret statutory accounts You possess a tax professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA or international equivalent), or have equivalent relevant work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country You demonstrate a strong client service ethos and agility to meet client needs You can establish and maintain strong working relationships with key decision-makers You are an effective delegator and coach for junior staff Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate or Pillar 2 is highly desirable What you’ll receive from us: No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
