Corporate Tax Director Role
We are currently working on a Corporate Tax Director role based in London, where the primary responsibilities include overseeing the corporate tax function, providing strategic tax planning advice, and managing a team to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

The successful candidate will be technically strong, with the ability to identify opportunities within the client portfolio to provide value-added services. They will be responsible for:
- Developing and building strong client relationships.
- Identifying opportunities to solve clients' problems.
- Contributing to business growth.
The role involves:
- Staying abreast of the latest changes in tax legislation.
- Ensuring the team is well-informed and equipped to handle all aspects of tax accounting and reporting, as well as corporation tax returns.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a variety of clients.
- Managing the successful delivery of commercially viable and technical solutions.
- A good understanding of corporate tax compliance.

In terms of qualifications, a CTA or equivalent is expected, coupled with strong UK tax technical knowledge. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Senior Managers looking to step up or entry point Directors seeking a clear path to Partner and equity Partner levels.
