Corporate Tax Lawyer | 4+ PQE | Leading International Law Firm | London
A leading international law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax Lawyer (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded London-based tax practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a tax lawyer looking to work on some of the market's most complex and high-profile transactions, advising a diverse range of corporates, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and investment funds on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters. The team is recognised for its involvement in significant M&A transactions, financings, restructurings and fund-related work, offering exposure to a broad spectrum of technically challenging and commercially driven tax issues.
The Role
You will advise on:
- Corporate and M&A transactions
- Financing and refinancing matters
- Cross-border restructurings
- Investment fund structures
- General corporate tax advisory work
- Complex international tax issues affecting multinational clients

Working closely with market-leading practitioners, you will have the opportunity to take on meaningful client responsibility and play a key role in delivering strategic advice on some of the most significant transactions in the market.
About You
Applications are welcomed from lawyers with:
- 4+ years' PQE in corporate tax
- Strong technical tax expertise gained at a recognised law firm
- Experience advising on M&A, finance and cross-border transactions
- Excellent academics and strong commercial awareness
- The ability to manage matters and client relationships with increasing autonomy
- A collaborative approach and desire to work within a high-performing international team
