An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate to join a leading City firm within its Corporate Tax practice.
The successful candidate will join an established tax team advising on a broad mix of transactional and advisory matters for UK and international clients. The role offers strong exposure to complex work, regular client contact and the opportunity to take on a high level of responsibility.
The team advises on a broad range of Corporate Tax matters, including the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, disposals and corporate reorganisations; structuring and tax planning in connection with investments and transactions; UK tax issues arising from cross-border and international matters; tax considerations relating to real estate and other commercial transactions; general corporate tax advisory work; and tax enquiries and contentious matters.

Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
- Have 3-6 years’ PQE gained in a corporate tax practice.
- Strong experience in Corporate Tax, ideally with a transactional element.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
