Your new company

A leading professional services firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join its established and growing tax team. Working with a diverse portfolio of large corporate and international clients, you will join a collaborative environment that offers exposure to complex advisory work, strong career progression and the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced tax professionals.

Your new role

You will play a key role in delivering both compliance and advisory services to large corporate groups, supporting clients with a broad range of UK and international tax matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising large corporate and multinational clients on UK and international tax issues.
  • Managing corporate tax compliance and reporting obligations.
  • Reviewing tax computations, tax accounting and group reporting requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to provide additional services.
  • Leading complex tax projects and delivering practical solutions to technical challenges.
  • Supporting, mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across multi disciplinary teams.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will hold a professional tax or accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Previous experience working with large corporate and international tax clients.
  • Strong UK corporate tax technical knowledge.
  • Experience reviewing corporate tax computations and tax accounting disclosures.
  • Good accounting knowledge with the ability to interpret statutory accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and client growth.
