A major well known, international leader is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join its in-house Tax function. This role offers a blend of UK corporate tax compliance, technical advisory work, tax accounting, R&D claims and transfer pricing, all within a large, complex, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- UK compliance — Prepare and support UK corporation tax computations and returns
- Technical advisory — Provide UK corporate tax guidance across compliance, reporting and advisory matters
- Tax accounting — Support tax accounting and provisioning under US GAAP and UK statutory requirements
- R&D claims — Assist with preparation and review of UK R&D tax credit claims
- HMRC liaison — Support management of UK tax authority interactions
- Stakeholder collaboration — Work closely with Tax, Finance and wider business teams
- Transfer pricing — Support TP analysis and documentation with regional and European teams
- Digital transformation — Contribute to process improvement and tax technology initiatives
- Ad-hoc projects — Provide tax support on regional and business-driven initiatives

Minimum Requirements
- Experience in UK corporate tax
- Strong understanding of UK corporation tax compliance and reporting
- Ability to advise stakeholders in a complex organisation
- Experience preparing or reviewing corporation tax computations and returns
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident working with Excel, systems and tax data
- ACA / ACCA / CTA

Desirable Experience
- Alphatax or similar compliance software
- Exposure to US GAAP tax accounting
- UK employment tax / benefits-in-kind
- Experience supporting tax process improvement or digital transformation
