Corporate Tax Manager
A leading UK accountancy firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Manager to join its Large Corporate & International tax team.
The role focuses on a portfolio of large corporates and international groups, combining compliance, advisory, and business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage UK corporation tax compliance for large and international groups
- Advise on complex areas including Corporate Interest Restriction, corporate residence, PE risk, tax risk, group restructurings, and cross-border transactions
- Provide year-end tax reporting support, including deferred tax and tax disclosures
- Identify tax planning opportunities and support high-value proposals
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Support the wider firm with technical knowledge and training on large corporate tax matters

About You
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualified
- Strong UK Corporate Tax technical and practical experience
- Experience working with large corporates and/or international groups
- Good understanding of UK tax legislation and year-end tax reporting
- Comfortable interpreting accounts and financial information
- Commercially minded with strong communication and client management skills
- Experience managing and developing junior team members
