Corporate Tax Manager
Growing specialist tax advisory firm seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to support a broad portfolio of clients across corporate tax compliance, advisory, and transaction-related projects within a collaborative and expanding national tax team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements across a range of sectors
- Advise on corporate restructurings, shareholder reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals, and demergers
- Support clients with tax due diligence and wider transaction-related matters
- Prepare and review complex tax computations, tax accounting disclosures, and compliance filings
- Advise on areas including group relief, corporate interest restriction, CFC rules, and deferred tax matters
- Build and manage strong client and intermediary relationships
- Identify opportunities for additional advisory and cross-service line work
- Mentor and develop junior team members, including graduates and associates
- Manage multiple assignments while ensuring technical quality and timely delivery

Skills & Experience
- 3–4+ years’ corporate tax experience gained in practice or industry
- Strong exposure to corporate tax advisory and compliance work
- Experience with reorganisations, tax due diligence, and transaction structuring
- Knowledge of tax accounting, group relief, CIR calculations, and CFC compliance
- Experience dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- ATT, CTA, ACA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Alphatax experience beneficial but not essential
