The Tax division offers a broad suite of services including Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, Global Mobility and Personal Tax, supporting a diverse and growing client base ranging from SMEs to large corporates.
Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership while managing your own portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.
- Managing advisory projects such as group restructuring, international expansion, acquisitions, disposals and tax efficiency reviews
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Managing deadlines, work-in-progress and billing to ensure commercial performance
- Supporting, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Contributing to business development activities including proposals and tenders
- Assisting with technical projects, due diligence and internal training initiatives

This is a varied role offering broad advisory exposure with clear opportunities for progression as the team continues to grow.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA, CA or CTA (or equivalent)
- Experience managing a client portfolio and reviewing tax work
- Exposure to advisory projects such as restructuring, transactions or due diligence
- Solid understanding of UK corporation tax principles across SMEs and larger corporates
- Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to non-specialists
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers
