A growing accountancy practice is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Manager - Advisory to take ownership of technically challenging projects while supporting the development of both clients and team members. What you'll be doing
- Managing tax advisory projects including restructures, incorporations, and share-related planning
- Preparing and reviewing detailed tax analysis across multiple taxes
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with HMRC requirements and current legislation
- Acting as a key contact for clients, providing clear and practical advice
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Supporting and mentoring developing advisers within the team
- Coordinating with external stakeholders including legal professionals where required
- Contributing to process improvements and maintaining high standards across the accountancy practice
What we're looking for
- CTA qualified or equivalent preferred
- Strong experience across direct taxes within an accountancy practice
- Comfortable working on advisory projects in a transactional environment
- Technically strong, with the ability to apply legislation in a practical way
- Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven approach
- Confident communicator who can build relationships with clients
