This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a professional services firm in Cambridge. The role focuses on providing expert tax advisory and compliance services within the accounting & finance department.

Description

  • Manage corporate tax compliance processes for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Provide tax advisory services, including tax planning and restructuring advice.
  • Oversee and review the preparation of corporation tax returns and computations.
  • Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients to ensure compliance and resolve queries.
  • Support the development of junior team members through training and mentoring.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
  • Assist in identifying business development opportunities within the tax function.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive client solutions.

Profile

A Successful Corporate Tax Manager Should Have

  • A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax and related legislation.
  • Experience in managing tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
