Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager
Location: City of Bristol - hybrid working available
Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 + benefits package!
The Role:
My client is actively recruiting an ambitious and dynamic Corporate Tax Manager to become part of their expanding team. Their office boasts a renowned reputation, earned through serving a wide-ranging and diverse clientele.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the successful delivery of tax advice, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial approach
- Manage a client portfolio providing both corporate tax compliance, tax accounting and planning advice
- Assist with the management of the tax team workload and personnel
- Support tax partners on many and varied advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions and restructuring

The right person will:
- Build and maintain tax relationships with corporate clients and provide a high level of client service
- Manage a client portfolio providing both corporate tax compliance, tax accounting and planning advice
- Support tax partners on many and varied advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and complex investigations
- Undertake tax due diligence exercises in conjunction with the firm's transaction support team
- Manage the successful delivery of tax advice, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial approach
- Assist with the management of the tax team workload and personnel
- Assist with transfer pricing reports and advisory work.

You will thrive in this role if:
- You are ATT, CTA and/or ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by a minimum of 5 years experience
- You are creative with ideas and willing to share them
- You have experience in managing staff
- You have experienced handling a portfolio of clients
- You are client driven and commercially aware
- You are an effective communicator
