Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager | Top 10 Practice | Hybrid
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Tax team of a Top 10 Practice firm.
This is a broad corporate tax role offering a strong mix of advisory and compliance work, with the opportunity to work closely with a varied portfolio of UK and international businesses.
You’ll take ownership of key client relationships and advise across a wide range of corporate tax matters, from day-to-day planning and compliance through to more complex advisory projects. Depending on your experience, this could include:
- Corporate tax planning and structuring
- Group reorganisations and restructuring
- M&A and transactions
- International and cross-border tax issues
- Capital allowances and other specialist tax areas
- HMRC enquiries and risk management
- Reviewing complex corporate tax computations and returns

You’ll work closely with Partners and Directors as well as colleagues across the firm’s wider tax and advisory teams, giving you exposure to a broad range of clients, technical issues and commercial situations.
At Manager or Senior Manager level, you’ll also play an important role in managing and developing more junior members of the team, reviewing work and helping to maintain high standards of client delivery.
The successful candidate is likely to be CTA and/or ACA/CA qualified, or equivalent, with a strong grounding in UK corporate tax gained within an accountancy practice.
