Corporate Tax Senior Manager

Salary: Up to £85,000
Location: Remote Working (Cambridge Office)
Remote working | Advisory-focused | Director & Equity Partner progression

Advisory Work with Real Influence

This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll own key corporate tax relationships, understand the businesses behind the returns and provide commercial advice that makes a genuine difference.

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

  • Lead pre-year-end, completion and other key client meetings
  • Work closely with the Corporate, Family Business and Advisory teams
  • Deliver integrated solutions across a varied corporate tax portfolio
  • Work directly with senior leadership in a modern, technology-driven environment
  • Help shape the future growth of an ambitious independent firm

Progression Beyond Senior Manager

At Senior Manager level, this includes:

  • Contributing to proposals, tenders, pricing and wider business development

How You’ll Make an Impact

You’ll combine portfolio leadership, complex technical review and corporate tax advisory work with responsibility for team development, commercial performance and the continued growth of client relationships.

  • Owning a portfolio of corporate tax clients and leading key relationships
  • Reviewing complex corporation tax returns, group computations and advisory outputs
  • Researching technical issues and preparing recommendations for partner sign-off
  • Managing WIP, billing and recovery across your portfolio
  • Translating legislative developments into clear, practical advice for clients
  • Delivering technical training and supporting the development of the wider team
