Client Details
Our client is a well-established and growing independent accountancy and advisory firm with multiple offices across the Midlands. The firm advises a wide range of owner-managed businesses, groups, and private clients, combining tax, audit, and consultancy expertise to support long-term growth, transactions, and strategic change. Continued investment in their Corporate and Transactions Tax capability has created the need for an additional Manager to support increasing client demand.

- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and overseeing compliance work with scope to do advisory work.
- Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns, including group structures.
- Calculating and advising clients of quarterly instalment payments.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships, and providing ongoing tax support.
- Liaising with HMRC to resolve client queries and handle communications.
- Preparing and reviewing trust and estate tax returns.
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their training and development.
Profile
- Ideal ATT Qualified.
- Solid knowledge of UK corporation tax.
- Experience preparing and reviewing company tax returns independently.
- A proactive and professional approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high standard of client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in various accounting software and MS Office.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
