Corporate Tax Senior
Corporate Tax Senior to join a growing and ambitious accountancy practice with a strong reputation across the region. The firm advises a broad portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporate groups operating across a variety of sectors, providing both compliance and advisory services.

With a clear route through to Assistant Manager, Manager, and beyond, this position would suit an ambitious tax professional looking to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Working closely with experienced tax specialists and leadership teams, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering high-quality tax solutions, and identifying opportunities to add value through advisory work.

Description
- Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for clients on corporate tax matters
- Supporting tax planning and advisory projects, working alongside senior colleagues and specialists
- Building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to provide additional services
- Supporting business development initiatives, including client meetings and networking events
- Managing the delivery of corporation tax compliance work in collaboration with specialist processing teams
- Reviewing corporation tax computations and advising on complex or contentious tax treatments
- Coordinating key tax areas including capital allowances, group relief, loss utilisation, and tax payment planning
- Delegating work to junior team members while maintaining oversight of quality and deadlines
Profile
- ATT Qualified
- Studying towards or qualified in ACA / ACCA / CTA (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in tax compliance within a UK accountancy practice.
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax, ideally with some exposure to international tax matters.
- Strong technical grounding, with an interest in developing further into advisory and planning work.
- Excellent communication and client management skills with a proactive, professional approach.
- Either a dedicated Tax Senior or a mixed accounts/tax background with a clear desire to specialise in tax.
