Following continued growth within their national Tax Consultancy team, they are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their Glasgow office. The firm advises a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial companies and corporate groups, delivering a combination of compliance, advisory and strategic tax services. Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will play a key leadership role within an established and growing tax team. You will be responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of corporate tax clients, overseeing the delivery of both compliance and advisory assignments, whilst acting as a trusted adviser to business owners and key stakeholders. Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will support clients through a range of corporate tax matters, identifying planning opportunities and delivering commercially focused advice tailored to their needs.

Alongside managing client relationships, you will provide technical leadership to the wider tax team. You will review complex corporate tax work, coach and develop Managers and Assistant Managers, and help drive the continued development of the department. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen existing client relationships and support the firm's ongoing growth strategy.
What You'll Need To Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced corporate tax professional with a strong technical background gained within a professional services environment. You will ideally be CTA and/or ACA/CA qualified and possess significant experience across both corporate tax compliance and advisory work. You will be comfortable managing complex client relationships, reviewing technical work and providing guidance to more junior members of staff.
You will bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, together with a commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities to add value for clients. Previous experience leading teams, managing sizeable portfolios and contributing to business development activities would be advantageous. Experience using AlphaTax would be beneficial, although this is not essential.
