Corporate Tax Senior Manager – Bristol

£70,000 – £85,000 DOE | Hybrid Working | Progression & Work-Life Balance

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering a mixture of compliance and advisory work while leading and developing members of the tax team.

We're working with a leading accountancy practice in Bristol that's looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its established and growing tax team.

The Role

You'll take ownership of delivering corporate tax services across your client portfolio, including:

  • Managing a mixture of corporate tax compliance and advisory projects
  • Reviewing complex tax work and providing technical input
  • Managing and developing qualified and part-qualified tax professionals
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
  • Managing assignments, budgets, deadlines and potential risks
  • Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Working closely with Partners and Directors on complex client matters
  • Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients
  • Supporting business development and the continued growth of the tax team
  • Helping improve internal processes and ways of working

About You

You'll have significant Corporate Tax experience gained within an accountancy practice/professional services environment or industry, with strong technical knowledge and experience managing client relationships.

ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification would be expected, alongside some experience of developing or mentoring others.
