Corporate Tax Senior Manager | Creative, Entertainment & Consumer Clients | Up to £100,000 + Bonus & Benefits | London (Hybrid)
Looking for a Corporate Tax role with a more interesting client portfolio?
We’re partnering with a growing London accountancy and advisory firm looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager into a key position within its established tax function.
The firm works with an impressive and varied portfolio spanning music, entertainment, retail, hospitality and other creative and entrepreneurial businesses, offering exposure to recognisable brands alongside complex international corporate clients.
This is a senior position combining complex corporate tax advisory, technical leadership, client management and team development. You’ll work closely with Partners, act as a senior technical point of contact within the Corporate Tax team and take ownership of some of the firm's more complex client matters.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of Corporate Tax but wants greater visibility, autonomy and influence within a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex Corporate Tax advisory and compliance assignments across a diverse client portfolio.
- Advise on complex areas including international structuring, M&A, transfer pricing, corporate interest restrictions, R&D and specialist creative-industry tax reliefs.
- Act as a senior technical point of contact for complex Corporate Tax matters.
- Work closely with Partners on advisory projects and wider client requirements.
- Manage and develop members of the Corporate Tax team through coaching, mentoring and technical guidance.
- Build strong client relationships and provide commercially focused advice.
- Oversee the quality and delivery of work across the team, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with colleagues across other service lines to provide a joined-up service to clients.
- Identify opportunities for additional advisory work and contribute to the continued growth of the Corporate Tax offering.

Key Requirements
- CTA qualified with 5+ years' post-qualified experience.
- Strong technical background across both Corporate Tax compliance and advisory.
- Experience dealing with complex Corporate Tax matters and providing technical guidance.
- Previous experience managing, coaching or developing members of a tax team.
- Confident managing client relationships and working directly with senior stakeholders and Partners.
- Strong commercial and risk awareness.
- Ability to explain complex technical matters clearly and confidently.
- Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of client matters.
