Role Description
The Corporate Trainer role at Neoskill Limited is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging training programs for corporate clients. Day-to-day activities include:

- Conducting virtual and live training sessions
- Facilitating workshops
- Creating learning materials such as presentations, workbooks, and e-learning content

The Corporate Trainer collaborates with client stakeholders to assess training needs, tailor content to specific business goals, and ensure alignment with organizational processes and systems. The role also involves:
- Monitoring learner progress
- Gathering feedback
- Continuously improving training approaches based on data and participant insights
In addition, the Corporate Trainer supports blended learning initiatives, contributes to curriculum development, and helps maintain high training standards across multiple industries and departments.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, with experience creating and delivering corporate training programs.
- Proficiency in virtual training tools and e-learning platforms, and confidence in leading remote sessions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Experience in training related to power skills, leadership development, business processes, or IT systems (e.g., CRMs).
- Ability to assess training needs, analyze performance gaps, and adapt content to different industries and departments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects remotely.
- Relevant experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or coaching; exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or HR environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment and building long-term client relationships.
