Role: Corporate Trainer

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $70,000 – $110,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Corporate Trainer to deliver high-impact training programs across the organisation. The role combines facilitation excellence with content design — running sessions that engage participants and produce real on-the-job change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate virtual instructor-led training across leadership, soft skills, and product topics
  • Design or adapt training content to specific audience needs
  • Run train-the-trainer sessions for managers and internal experts
  • Measure training effectiveness and iterate based on data
  • Coach managers on team learning and reinforcement strategies
  • Maintain training calendars, materials, and LMS records

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years in corporate training, facilitation, or L&D delivery
  • Strong virtual facilitation skills and engaging presence on camera
  • Experience designing or adapting training materials
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Coaching certification (ICF, ATD CPLP) is a plus
