Our Corporate Treasury Advisory team sits within the Risk & Governance solution and supports organisations with treasury strategy, governance, operating models and treasury transformation. Working with clients ranging from high-growth businesses to large listed organisations, we help treasury functions respond to complex commercial and financial challenges.

Role Overview

As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering client engagements, developing trusted senior stakeholder relationships and supporting the continued growth of our Corporate Treasury Advisory offering. You will also lead and develop team members while helping shape the future direction of the team.

You will make an impact by

  • Leading treasury advisory engagements and delivering high-quality outcomes for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Building trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasury teams and other senior stakeholders.
  • Managing client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development activity.
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring team members to help grow the wider Corporate Treasury Advisory team.
  • Supporting the development of RSM's treasury offering through proposals, market engagement and thought leadership.

What we are looking for

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here is what we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Strong corporate treasury experience gained within professional services, banking or an in-house treasury environment.
  • Experience leading complex client engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • A proven track record of business development and identifying new client opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
  • A relevant professional qualification such as ACT, AMCT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
