Role Description

The Corporate Wellness Psychologist will provide remote, part-time psychological support and counseling to employees within client organizations, focusing on workplace wellbeing, stress management, and mental health promotion.

This role involves:

  • Conducting individual and group sessions
  • Facilitating workshops and webinars on mental health topics
  • Developing evidence-based wellness programs tailored to organizational needs

The psychologist will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to assess organizational climate, recommend interventions, and support employee assistance initiatives. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Performing psychological assessments
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records
  • Monitoring client progress
  • Contributing to digital content or resources that enhance corporate wellness

The role also requires adherence to ethical guidelines, ongoing professional development, and effective communication in a multicultural, virtual environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge in Psychology and Mental Health, with experience applying psychological principles in workplace or organizational settings.
  • Skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including the ability to conduct structured evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver brief, solution-focused interventions.
  • An understanding of Medicine or health-related fields to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and recognize when referrals to medical professionals are appropriate.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Occupational Psychology (or equivalent) and appropriate licensure or certification to practice in their jurisdiction.
  • Experience in corporate wellness, employee assistance programs, or organizational consulting, with the ability to design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse populations in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, comfort with telehealth platforms and digital tools, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
