Role Description

The Corporate Wellness Psychologist will provide remote, part-time psychological support and wellness-focused interventions for employees across client organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting individual and group counseling sessions
  • Performing psychological assessments
  • Developing evidence-based wellness programs that address stress, burnout, and workplace mental health challenges

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Integrating AI-driven insights into care plans
  • Creating educational materials and workshops on topics such as resilience, coping skills, and healthy work-life balance

The psychologist will:

  • Document clinical interactions accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives within MantraCare’s digital health ecosystem

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong foundational expertise in Psychology and Mental Health, with a focus on workplace and organizational wellbeing.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including the ability to conduct structured evaluations and deliver evidence-based interventions.
  • Candidates should possess relevant knowledge in Medicine or health-related domains to collaborate effectively within a holistic, multidisciplinary care model.
  • Advanced degree in Psychology (e.g., Master’s or Doctorate) and appropriate licensure or certification to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Experience in corporate wellness, employee assistance programs, or occupational health settings is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, technology-enabled environment, including comfort using digital platforms and AI-supported tools.
  • Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and ethical practice, with commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care.
  • Demonstrated skills in program development, workshop facilitation, and data-informed decision-making are an advantage.
