A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base including start-ups, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, partnerships, charities, local authorities, and high-net-worth individuals, advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters such as:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Business sales and purchases
- Corporate restructures
- Shareholder & partnership agreements
- Venture capital investments
- Company formations & constitutional documents
- Commercial agreements & share options

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
- Around 2–4 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law
- Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident building and maintaining client relationships
