The Dental Architect®️ is Yorkshire’s premier dental clinic, located in a beautifully restored grade II listed neo-gothic building in the center of Leeds, just minutes from the train station. The practice features a luxury, bespoke interior with original exposed brickwork, wooden beams, and cast-iron columns, creating a distinctive and welcoming environment. Clients are greeted in a relaxing coffee lounge and are made to feel part of a close-knit, caring community. The clinical team is hand-selected from leading clinicians in Yorkshire and supported by in-house training and mentoring in a dedicated training facility. The Dental Architect®️ offers a full range of treatments, from hygiene and whitening to Invisalign and comprehensive smile makeovers, along with tailored dental plans and corporate packages.
Role Description
The Associate Dentist will provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including routine examinations, preventive treatments, restorative dentistry, and cosmetic procedures aligned with the clinic’s focus on smile design. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves collaborating with the wider clinical and support team, participating in in-house training and mentoring sessions, and contributing to a positive, patient-centered practice culture. This is a part-time, on-site role based at The Dental Architect®️ in Leeds, with clinical sessions scheduled to support patient demand and clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) and eligibility to practice dentistry in the UK.
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, including examinations, prevention, restorative treatments, and basic endodontics.
- Experience or keen interest in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry, such as teeth whitening, composite bonding, Invisalign, and smile makeover planning.
- Commitment to high standards of infection control, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse patient base.
- Collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team and openness to mentoring and ongoing professional development.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to manage appointments and treatment plans effectively.
- Previous experience in a private or mixed practice environment is beneficial; postgraduate training or certifications in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, or restorative dentistry are an advantage.
