Audi North Shields Paint & Body Centre
Salary: £34,000 basic salary, realistic OTE of £50,000.
Hours: 42 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm - Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cosmetic Repair Technician to join our busy Paint & Body Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a premium automotive brand, delivering exceptional cosmetic repairs and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cosmetic vehicle repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Perform SMART repairs, including paintwork, bumper repairs, alloy wheel refurbishment and minor bodywork repairs.
- Prepare vehicles for painting and complete refinishing work as required.
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the most effective repair method.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to agreed quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

What You'll Need
- Previous experience as a Cosmetic Repair Technician, SMART Repair Technician or Paint Technician.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle preparation, paint application and cosmetic repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
