Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of accurate, complete, and on-time reporting.
- Actuals / Budgets and Forecasts
- Drive Business improvement
- Mentor and develop your direct report
- Provision of KPI’s
- System Development – Reports and innovation
- Work with other departments to improve practices from a financial and business perspective. (Sales and Estimating, Purchasing, Technical and Project Management)
- Liaise with internal and external audit and corporate finance.
- Ensure the integrity of the Business System including Cost Rollups / Utilisation Rates
- Ensure a smooth alignment with the recent statutory merger of several entities
- Support the Financial Controller and deputise in absence
- Support / Lead future projects
Monthly Areas of Responsibility (Snapshot)
- WIP and other related balance sheet reconciliations
- CPR’s
- Order Reporting
- POC Revenue Reporting
- Cost of Sales
- Margin Reporting
- Variance Analysis
- Utilisation and Efficiency Reporting
- Drive and be a role model for the company values & behaviours.
- To be aware of and follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures, in respect of self and others.
