Cost Manager – Logistics & Industrial Real Estate

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000

We're partnering with a leading international real estate organisation to appoint a Cost Manager to join their growing Procurement & Development team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile logistics and industrial developments across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, supporting projects from early feasibility through to final account while influencing procurement strategy on an international scale.

The Opportunity

As Cost Manager, you'll play a key role in managing construction costs and procurement activities across a portfolio of industrial and logistics developments. Working closely with internal development, procurement and project teams, you'll provide commercial expertise throughout the project lifecycle while helping to establish robust cost benchmarks and supplier relationships.

This is a varied role that combines traditional cost management with strategic procurement, offering exposure to international projects and senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
