Cost Manager - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Glasgow - Hybrid

Lorien is currently looking for an experienced Cost Manager to support a portfolio of projects, ensuring robust cost management, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cost control activities across multiple projects, including forecasting, Value of Work Done (VOWD), reporting, and contract management integration.
  • Produce accurate monthly cost reports and forecasts.
  • Present cost data at monthly cost reviews, explaining key variances and trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of cost control processes and reporting.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in Cost Control, Cost Engineering, or Project Controls.
  • Strong forecasting, cost reporting, and variance analysis skills.
  • Experience working across multiple projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel and project controls/reporting tool experience.
