At Aston Martin, we are driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, where craftsmanship, performance, and innovation come together to create truly exceptional vehicles. Every detail matters, and every decision shapes the experience our customers have with our brand.
We are now looking for a passionate and forward-thinking individual to take ownership of one of the most influential elements of that experience – the total cost of ownership.
This is a unique opportunity to define and shape a critical vehicle attribute across our entire portfolio. Working at the intersection of engineering, commercial strategy, and customer insight, you will play a key role in ensuring that our vehicles not only inspire but deliver long-term value and confidence to our customers.
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the definition, development, and delivery of the cost of ownership attribute at vehicle, system, and component level across all Aston Martin programmes. This includes areas such as service costs, insurance ratings, warranty forecasting, recovery, and leasing costs, combining both objective data and subjective customer perception.
You will be responsible for building and evolving a clear attribute strategy that reflects our brand DNA, while benchmarking against best-in-class standards. Through close collaboration with teams across engineering, manufacturing, service, quality, product strategy, and beyond, you will ensure that this attribute is fully embedded across the organisation and consistently delivered across every programme.
This role offers the opportunity to influence at the highest level, working with senior stakeholders to translate the “voice of the customer” into meaningful targets and measurable outcomes. You will guide both virtual and physical validation activities, ensuring robust delivery within cost, timing, and quality constraints, while continuously driving innovation and improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
